Our Milton End Couples Love...

We recently had our wedding at Milton End Barns, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The whole process felt completely stress-free, and we cannot speak highly enough about the team. Rebecca, our wedding planner, was nothing short of amazing. From day one, she was there to answer any and all questions, offering support, recommending top-notch suppliers, and guiding us through every step of the planning process. She truly went above and beyond, making us feel at ease every step of the way.

On the day, the relaxed vibe of the venue really shone through. All of our guests commented on how personal and unique the wedding felt, and many have said it’s the best venue and wedding they’ve ever been to. We owe that to the incredible atmosphere created by Rebecca, Kate, and the entire team, who were so warm and accommodating.

The space itself is absolutely stunning! The barns provide such a beautiful, rustic setting for both the ceremony and reception, and the outdoor areas are a wonderful extension of the main barn, offering the perfect backdrop for photos and mingling. The on-site accommodation is also a huge bonus—luxurious and so convenient for guests staying over.

If you're looking for a wedding venue that combines stunning beauty, a relaxed atmosphere, and top-tier service, we couldn’t recommend Milton End Barns enough! It truly made our day unforgettable.

Milton End had been at top of my list to look around once we were engaged, I had seen their social media and really liked the look of it & the vibe! When we actually went to look round it was even better, it is such a gorgeous space! So relaxed, well designed and styled, it was exactly what we were looking for!

Even better, the date they had free was our 7 year anniversary so we booked in and from that day there hasn’t been one single regret. Kate & the team have set up a truly amazing venue, that without any decoration is simply beautiful but they allow the flexibility for you to set it up so it suits you. Even the day before the wedding, Kate and Rebecca were helping us find some final decoration bits on the farm to finish it all of!!

Getting the venue from Friday - Monday was an absolute game changer as well! It was so nice to make a weekend of it, have lots of time and be able to soak it all in. We were able to have guests stay with us on site at the accommodation and have a wind down / debrief the next morning. All the accommodation is gorgeous, the beds are super comfy and we were able to bring our dog Alfie down on the Sunday to stay with us!

I genuinely can not fault it at all, all the extra guests (Dominic the donkey, the ducks, the pig & piglets, horses, sheepdogs), it was all just amazing!! There are also so many gorgeous photo opportunities and I cannot WAIT to get back our professional photos. They have a swing, access to the river Severn, a massive bathtub in the bridal suite, a pond! Just everything!!

The Farmer & The Fox bar inside the barn, which is ran by Bar Bro’s was a personal favourite with the guests. Sooo many drink options, including many a cocktail and shots!! The staff are also all amazing and such a good time, a big thank you to Chloe who looked after us and sorted us throughout the day. We were also brought a cocktail to enjoy whilst we had our wedding breakfast, this venue truly thinks of everything!

With the venue you also get a wedding planner, we had Rebecca and from start to finish we were at ease. All our questions were answered, everything was so chill and super organised. It’s such a personal venue with so many lovely touches but our wedding would have been SO different had Rebecca not been there helping everything run super smoothly. Rebecca is an absolute beautiful person, inside and out, and I have no idea what we would have done without her. She kept me so calm throughout the day and everything was seamless. Holly is the other wedding planner at Milton End who we also had the pleasure of meeting and talking with. Both of them are fabulous and work sooo well together!

Milton End ran several inspiration days from when we booked the venue and this was amazing! Pinterest was my best friend throughout planning but I booked so many suppliers and got so many ideas from these days!

There is not one single thing I could fault about this venue, an absolute dream and a day we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much Milton End, you truly hold a special place in our hearts 

If you are looking for a venue where you can feel completely relaxed and at ease on your wedding day then Milton End MUST be a serious consideration.
We got married at Milton End Barn a month ago now and it’s taken me this long to write a review as I haven’t been able to put into words how wonderfully special the place truly is.

When we were first looking  for venues, I found it a little overwhelming with so many places feeling so commercial and piling the pressure on to secure a date so quickly. However, when we arrived to view Milton End, we were soon put completely at ease. The vibe was just simply authentic and Kate was so down to earth showing us round that we really got a special feeling about the place. We visited the barn several times after booking before our wedding date, either at inspiration days or at planning meetings, and no matter how I stressed I’d been about the wedding planning leading up to it, every time we stepped foot in the barn I instantly felt calm & relaxed. Although I don’t want to take away from how aesthetically beautiful the venue is, for us it was more about the feeling the place gave us and the people behind it and how kindly and they treated us and how genuine they were.

Having the expert services of Holly (or Rebecca) included in the venue is a real stand out. Holly was exceptional both on the day and in the run up to our wedding day. Having someone who has worked in the industry and with a large variety of suppliers on your team was invaluable to be able to provide us with advice and recommendations. Holly had the timeline of our wedding day down to a T and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the day as well as keeping a check on how everyone was doing - especially keeping the groom & Father of the Bride calm in the morning!

We had so many compliments from guests about the ‘staff’ (they really do feel more like friends than staff) at the venue, particularly Holly, Rebecca (Bar Bros) & Emma. The whole team behind Milton End are just such lovely people and it really is what makes it a phenomenal venue!

Being able to have our closest friends & family on site with us for the whole weekend was such a lovely way to ensure we could fully enjoy our day and be able to spend quality time and share those unique memories of the run up to the day and the reminiscing afterwards with the ones that mean the most. Also, having the Friday to set up is a huge luxury that you will not get at many venues at all and is another great way to make you feel calmer and more relaxed on the day.

We had the most exquisite wedding weekend and despite being very self-critical, I can honestly say I wouldn’t change a single thing and I really don’t believe I would be saying that if we had picked a different venue!

I could gush on forever but I hope this gives an idea of how Milton End Barn is as a wedding venue. And if you do decide to book it, feel free to invite me & my husband - we’d love to go back!!

Holly was our venue coordinator and she was wonderful and really helped us organise everything, even on the day too. Could not have picked a better place to have our wedding, the accommodation was spacious and well presented, the barn is beautiful and is in an amazing setting.

We celebrated our day at Milton End Farm on 17 June 2023 and loved every minute of our incredible day, at this incredible venue.

Living in the USA, we knew we wanted somewhere where we could celebrate for more than a day, so Milton was perfect, giving us the chance to have a pizza night on Friday and a Farewell BBQ on Sunday, maximising our time with friends and loved ones.  We also loved the freedom it gave us to decorate the venue just as we'd imagined and see it come to life.

The day itself was perfect and Rebecca continued to be as helpful as she'd been in the lead up to the day.  You know it's going smoothly when you barely see or talk to all the suppliers and have complete trust that it's been taken care of (thank you Rebecca!).  When we viewed Milton about 2 years before our wedding we just fell in love with the surrounding area, the barns and the general vibe, it was exactly what we'd hoped for and more.

Thank you again Milton for letting us create the Wedding Day of our dreams!

Milton End Barn = perfection. Would 100% recommend, hands down! We were so blessed to have this as our wedding venue.

From the day we saw the venue until after the wedding, the whole package and set up was out of this world. It was everything we could have wished for and more. The whole team at Milton are so lovely and thoughtful, they really went out of their way to make our day as special as possible.

We had Rebecca as our wedding planner and we couldn’t have been happier. Her support was just incredible and it’s a testament to how good everyone involved at Milton End are.

Milton End Wedding Barn is the most fantastic place to get married. From the venue, to the staff, to the recommendations everything was perfect. My now husband and I knew from the moment we saw the venue that it would be the perfect place to get marTHE BEST VENUE 

We don’t know where to start. When Ben and I found this venue online, we instantly knew this could be it. When we visited the venue for the first time we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. Absolutely stunning venue and was so us. The team at Milton End are fantastic. Since we booked our wedding July 2021 the team have worked extremely hard improving the venue all the time and it has been amazing to see the progress. 

We were Introduced to our wedding coordinator Rebecca. Well where do I start with the most incredible, amazing, kindest person ever. Rebecca from start to finish made our wedding planning experience very chilled and straight forward. We had regular planning meetings to discuss further ideas which really helped us ensure that everything was in place for the big day. I can’t thank her enough for what she did on our big day. Everything ran like clockwork and she really did go above and beyond to make sure our day was as special as it could be and it really was. I can’t thank you enough for continuing to check on me in the morning keeping me calm and letting us know how things were going. 

We also want to thank Jackie for being there in the evening and being another port of call if there were any queries. 

We truly can’t thank everyone enough for their support and effort to making this venue so spectacular. We had many members of our wedding party comment on how beautiful and stunning the venue was. 

Thank you all at Milton End Farm! I would recommend this venue to anyone who is getting married.

Milton End Wedding Barn is the most fantastic place to get married. From the venue, to the staff, to the recommendations everything was perfect. My now husband and I knew from the moment we saw the venue that it would be the perfect place to get married and we weren't wrong!

It's in a beautiful setting in Arlingham, with the correct mixtures of spaces to relax, to drink and to eat and to stay! Having the accommodation surrounding the venue meant that we could spend quality time with our immediate family in the lead up to the wedding as well as the days after, something very few venues offer and we feel so lucky that we were able to do this- the icing on the cake so to speak.

Holly, our wedding coordinator, was nothing short of incredible. The whole day ran smoothly, even with changes of events. Rain meant we couldn't get married outside even though most things were set up- but no change was too big or small. She recognised when things needed to be changed or people were stressed and took the stress out of the situation. All our suppliers worked closely together to make sure there wasn't a hiccup! We had excellent recommendations of what to do, how to run the events and things to consider.

When we left, both my husband and I agreed, we feel a very special connection with the venue and look forward to spending time walking and visiting Milton End in the future. It was a truly wonderful time, thanks to Kate, Holly and all the team at Milton End!

We got married at Milton End Farm in April 2022 and our wedding day could not have been more perfect!   

It’s hard to put into words how grateful feel to have found such a wonderful venue - and such a wonderful team to go with it! Kate, Rebecca and the team made our planning process so easy from start to finish. 

 From our very first visit to the farm, we knew it was the perfect venue for us.  The barn is so naturally beautiful - Kate and her family have put so much love and energy into creating such a unique venue. Every time we’d visit there would be yet another addition that made the barn even more incredible.  

Milton End is an exclusive use venue from Friday to Monday, with accommodation included - that was a huge plus-point for us!- Being able to have our friends and family stay at the venue meant we were able to turn our wedding into a whole weekend of celebrating.  

Our wedding coordinator, Rebecca, was with us throughout the whole planning process right from booking the venue through to our wedding day - and ensured everything was in-hand.  On our wedding day, Rebecca ensured the day ran without a hitch, from sorting last-minute touches, to coordinating our suppliers, to ensuring everyone was in the right place at the right time - Rebecca, we couldn’t have done it without you!

  Thank you once again to everyone at Milton End - we can’t wait to come back and visit soon, and are so excited see what’s in store for the barn in the future!

Honestly where to start. 

From the moment we visited the venue in late 2020 we fell in love with Milton End and we knew it was for us. It was amazing to see the hard work that Kate and the team were putting into the venue every time we went for our planning meetings. Each time we saw the venue it had improved massively.

When we booked our wedding with Kate we were then introduced to our wedding coordinator Holly who from day one put us at ease and was a breath of fresh air with our wedding planning. We had quarterly meetings with Holly to update her on our plans and she was always excited to hear our plans and shared ideas with us that we might not had considered. This continued all the way up to our wedding day where she couldn’t of done enough for us. Holly was there from the morning of our wedding right through to after our first dance, ensuring the caterers were organised, the timings of the day all went to plan and that everyone was enjoying themselves and having a good time. I also can’t thank you enough for helping me stay calm during the morning and helping with my dress!  

 When we booked the wedding we were also told alongside the main barn we got all 7 of the holiday cottages included. It was lovely as we all stayed the night before the wedding and enjoyed getting ready there the morning of the wedding. When booking the venue we decided on staying for 3 nights which was lovely as we carried on the celebrations. All of our families and guests commented on how lovely the cottages and venue were and what a fab location they’re in. 

The day after the wedding we went for a walk around the local area and enjoyed a few extra visitors from the local piglets!   

We definitely plan on returning to stay in the cottages and can’t recommend the venue enough! Thank you so much for making it our dream wedding and we’d encourage anyone considering a wedding to view Milton End.  Charlotte and Will  

We got married at Milton End Farm 2 weeks ago and wow what can I say..

Absolutely stunning venue. Kate and the team were incredible and made having to change our wedding venue close to our wedding day really easy.

Communication from start to finish was great with Kate and Rebecca always being quick to respond to any queries we had.

The gorgeous log fire in the barn made a lovely backdrop for the top table in the day and the fairy lights lit up the front of the barn by night.

The accommodation was perfect for our guests who loved being able to stay the whole weekend.

Now that we've had a little more time to digest everything that happened this weekend, we just wanted to say another humongous thank you to you especially and also the team and Milton end and the lovely bar team for making our wedding the most wonderful day of our lives... best wedding ever (no bias here obviously!). We had the most incredible day! And although everyone told me it would fly by, I can't believe how fast everything did go! 

Thank you for being such an amazing part of our experience! It was such a relief to know that someone so kind and helpful was on hand to help with any questions and to know that we were in such safe hands for the wedding day itself made it much easier to relax (the control freak in me does not find it easy to do this haha! But I certainly did at our wedding knowing that not a fairy light was out of place!) 

We loved seeing the changes in the barns as our planning journey went along and we still can't believe how lucky we were to find Milton end! It was so fun discovering the new additions every time we visited! It’s an absolute gem of a place and we had so many compliments about how wonderful a venue it is. I’m more than 100% positive that it will keep going from strength to strength as the years go on - any couple getting married here are the luckiest! 

I honestly could go on and on singing all of your praises forever! We will be sure to leave a formal review when we’re back from Cornwall too! 

The biggest of thank yous again for everything that you did for us! We’re sad it’s over but so grateful that everything went ahead and was just perfect!

We wanted to say first and foremost a MASSIVE thankyou to you and your entire family for allowing us to have our dream wedding at Milton End. 

We know and appreciate it’s taken a massive effort to get the Barn to how it is but my gosh we are still in love with it from the very day we first came to see it.

We honestly did not want to leave the barn on Sunday, it was a spectacular venue and all our family/friends staying with us had such a great time. The character of this venue along with the animals and every little feature that comes with it all makes a huge difference to the most perfect wedding for us. We wish we could do it all over again but alas we have planned to hopefully return for an anniversary with our wedding party one day in the future.

Thankyou for making it possible for us to have our Indian wedding in the beautiful main barn.
Milton End was the perfect setting for all the events we had, and I hope you get the chance to enjoy more Indian weddings in the same spirit. We feel very privileged to be the first Indian couple to get married at Milton End, and I’m glad it was just the perfect weekend in every way. Of course we partied hard!

What a beautiful location! We came across Milton End Barn by accident – we were getting married in the area and we were looking at accommodation for our guests when we came across Milton End holiday lets. 

We were shown round the accommodation and they were all stunning! Whilst showing us around, Kath mentioned the barn – they were thinking of making it into a wedding venue and asked if we wanted to see it. As soon as we walked in, we knew our wedding had to be at Milton End! The Barn really had the wow factor and this was before the renovations – there was still hay on the floor and no walls around the back. 

When we asked Kath if we could have our wedding there, the renovations started and was ready in time for our wedding and what a beautiful result! The barn was gorgeous and the surrounds were spectacular. Not only did we have the barn, we also rented all of the holiday lets and the field. We had it for three days and it was truly ours for that weekend. 

Dominic the donkey and the other animals really gave it that extra something special as did the old vintage tractor and the hay bales which were also supplied by the barn. Kate and Kath were excellent. Kate worked so hard to make sure the barn was ready and she put our minds at ease through the lead up to our wedding day. 

When we arrived on the Friday to set up the barn, everything looked great despite a few final touches to be put in place. When I arrived to the barn on our wedding day, everything was perfect! All our guests were taken aback by the beauty and uniqueness of the venue. 

Milton End Barn is the PERFECT wedding venue and Kate and Kath were amazing throughout the process! Kate helped us out on the day making sure everything was in place and made sure the field was free for us to land – yes, land…in a surprise helicopter! So if you need a Heli-pad – Kate can arrange that for you! We couldn’t have asked for a better day, everything was even better than I had imagined. Our guest’s LOVED Milton End barn and our wedding will be talked about for years!

Shaun an I had the most perfect weekend for our wedding in August 2018.

What attracted us to Milton End was it's family run feeling, we were able to host all of our family in the holiday barns and that it was a barn full of character but, still a blank canvas so we could create our own vision and using suppliers that we wanted to work with.

 I had my heart set on a rustic, DIY wedding theme as I wanted to make a lot the decor, favours etc with my bridesmaids. It was perfect and the only venue we looked at. We are lucky enough to know the Turner family (who own Milton End) really well however, our whole experience from the first visit all the way through to the day we left was 5* and we would have expected no less as the family are amazing. With the wedding reception barn we decided to deck out the sides with marquee lining and we used the rustic ladder which is already hanging down the middle, our florist draped flowers and foliage all around it. 

We had 150 guests to the day and over 200 in the evening and there was enough space for everyone. 

Being a family of four we had lots of children at our wedding and they had plenty of space to play and because the court yard had a wall and gates, parents felt safe that they were able to roam around with freedom. I made goodie bags for each of the children to have at the table and we also had a crafts table outside in the sunshine and soft play inside. The children and our guests loved seeing Dominic the Donkey and the ducks greeting everyone as they arrived was just perfect. 

We chose Becca and her team at Aureum Catering and we couldn't have been happier with the food, service and everything ran seamlessly. We were able to take my mum and dad to the tasting and we were so surprised to be offered our full menu to try, which was all mouthwateringly tasty. What really topped off our weekend was Rebecca cooked bacon rolls and tea/coffee for everyone the morning after our wedding, before the big clean up! 

Holly, my best friend and wedding coordinator helped us from our first meeting all the way through to the end. She was the one with the timetable and had everything under control - from making sure the best man was ready to give the speech, ensuring the PA system was ready to go all the way to making sure the candles were lit in the evening. It was so reassuring having Holly not only as a bridesmaid being there with me in the morning, but I knew everything would be covered and I didn't worry about a thing all day. 

Shaun and I loved that everything that we needed in a venue was included in the price. The wedding barn, accommodation, bar and so many little extras really helped us seal the deal on our perfect wedding weekend. The cherry on the top for us was being able to set up at leisure on the Friday, have the whole of Sunday to recover with family and friends and then saying goodbye on the Monday. 

The best weekend of our lives and one neither of us will forget. Milton End really was the most perfect venue to host our day and I would highly recommend it to any couple wanting a countryside wedding with a difference. We wanted somewhere that wasn't like any other venue and Milton End definitely exceeded our expectations.
